Returns/Exchanges

Please note that all items are made to order; therefore, all sales are final. Refunds and exchanges are not applicable on custom orders.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While shopping with us, we want you to be completely happy with your experience. In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item(s). All item(s) must be unworn and in their original condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send the correct item(s) to you. 

Proofs

It is the buyer's responsibility to request/review proofs to ensure that there are no grammatical errors. 

Proofs are for layout purposes only. Some colors on the final product can slightly vary from the digital proof. The printing colors may also vary depending on the screen you are viewing them on.

If during the review process we determine changes need to be made, we will collaborate with you to update the design prior to printing.
